Mark Cooke has extensive experience within the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi since April 2003, where roles have included Manager of Operations and Learner Experience, Culture and Leadership, and Learning and Capability. Mark has led teams focused on delivering operational learning and developing organizational culture, as well as managing training and development programs, achieving notable success in completion rates for NZQA programmes. Previously, Mark served as a Regional Training Officer at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in the UK, overseeing the learning and development needs of local offices. Mark holds a Higher National Diploma in Environmental Studies from De Montfort University and qualifications in Geography and History from Quarrydale Comprehensive.
