Dr. Richeleen Dashield, EdD, MBA, SPHR, is a nationally recognized higher education leader and diversity accountability scholar. With extensive experience in roles ranging from Director of Social Equity at West Chester University to the current position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at New York University, Dr. Dashield has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. They are known for their strategic program development and transformative justice practices, as well as for empowering marginalized communities. Additionally, Dr. Dashield serves as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching strategies to reduce inequality at New York University. Their academic journey includes ongoing studies in Sociology and Anthropology at Colgate University.
