Susan Jacob, PharmD, MBA, is an accomplished pharmacy leader and educator with a diverse background in clinical services and operations. They served as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Western University of Health Sciences and held several leadership roles, including Vice President Medical Director at Syneos Health and Pharmacy Operations Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Currently, Susan is the Assistant Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at NYC Health + Hospitals. They earned their Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
