Louw Hoefnagel is a retired professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at companies such as Philips Semiconductors and NXP. They began their career as a Senior Design Engineer in 1986 and progressed to various managerial roles, including Design Manager and Program Manager. Louw has been serving as a Design Support Manager at NXP since 2002 and has held the position of Program Manager since 2008. They earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen between 1970 and 1975.
