Willem Te Beest is a seasoned leader and supervisor with extensive experience in governance and organizational consultancy. They served as vice-chair of the College van Bestuur at Universiteit Leiden and held various leadership roles, including chair of the board at several institutions such as Stichting PICA and the Leiden Bio Science Park Foundation. In addition, Willem contributed to numerous committees and organizations, most recently as a member of the Raad van Toezicht at NWO. Their educational background includes a degree in Bedrijfeconomie and Operations Research from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Currently, Willem is active in various advisory roles, including membership in the Raad van Advies at LUGUS.
