Bernhard Rönsberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management and mergers and acquisitions. They served as the PMI Executive at Arriva Group from 2012 to 2015 and as Head of PMI Arriva at Deutsche Bahn from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked in M&A at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA from 2003 to 2006. Currently, Bernhard holds dual roles as Geschäftsführer and Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at NWG Charging GmbH, an independent energy services company focusing on tailored solutions for gas, electricity, and heating supply. They studied at Universität Hamburg from 1998 to 2003.
