Nicholas White currently serves as Senior Counsel for Supply Chain & Operations at Nutrien Ag Solutions and holds the position of Partner at Steiner & Kleim. With a distinguished career, Nicholas has also worked at Nutrien in the same capacity since May 2023. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at JBS USA, where roles encompassed Head of Health Safety & Security, Head of Ethics and Compliance, General Counsel, and Associate Counsel from February 2009 to March 2023. Earlier legal practice involved serving as General Counsel at Viaero Wireless and Associate Counsel at Anderson and Chapin, P.C. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Northern Colorado.
