Prior experience includes multiple senior legal roles at Schlumberger from 2012 to 2020, where significant contributions involved managing international litigation, developing global distribution agreements, and providing counsel on operational and regulatory issues across North America and beyond. Before joining Schlumberger, Darren practiced corporate law at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions and corporate growth. Darren holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
