Tom Shoaf has been with NuStar Energy L.P. since January 2005, currently serving as the EVP and CFO. Prior to this, Tom worked at Valero Energy Corporation for 20 years, holding the position of VP - Structured Finance. Shoaf graduated from Abilene Christian University.
