Donna Pitcher has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Lead Performance and Reward at Nufarm since January 2002. Over the years at Nufarm, Donna has held various roles, including Global Human Resources Business Partner, Global Engagement and Performance Manager, and Group HR & Organisational Project Consultant. Prior to joining Nufarm, Donna worked at EY as a Senior HR Administrator in the Shared Service Centre from January 1997 to January 2002. Donna earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from RMIT University between 2004 and 2005.
