Stefen Kaur has extensive experience in technology and engineering, currently serving as a Level 2 Process Control Engineer at Nucor Corporation since February 2015, with previous roles including Electrician, Shift Electrician, Electrical Technician, PC Technician, and Coil Weighmaster. Prior to Nucor, Stefen was an IT Administrator at Phantom Point Technology Services. At Ball State University, Stefen held multiple positions from October 2010 to June 2014, culminating as Associate Director of Technology and Hardware - Emerging Technologies, where responsibilities included managing projects and mentoring students in the Digital Corps. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Administrator and a Graduate Assistant - Technology Team at Ball State University, as well as military service in the Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer and Automated Logistical Specialist. Stefen holds an M.S. in Information and Communication Science and a BGS in General Studies from Ball State University.
