Caio Colzi is a Product Director and Business Area Leader at Nubank, bringing over 15 years of experience in business, marketing, product, and sales. Previously, Caio held various leadership roles at Nubank, significantly enhancing product strategy and customer engagement across lending and credit card sectors. Caio also served as President of FEA Júnior USP, leading a team of 80 in executing over 30 projects that generated substantial revenue. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from PUCRS.
