Tom Manuel is the co-founder, CEO, and chairman of NuTek Natural Ingredients, where they focus on innovative sodium reduction technologies aimed at addressing global health issues such as heart disease. Previously, Tom served as CEO of Aventine Renewable Energy from 2010 to 2011, and held multiple leadership roles at ConAgra Foods from 1977 to 2003, including COO and President of Trading and Ingredients. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 1970.
