Upma Chowdhary SHRM-SCP is an HR strategist currently serving as the People and Culture Director at NTT DATA, Inc., where they drive transformation within the organization. With extensive experience in HR transformation, executive compensation planning, and leadership development, Upma has previously held significant roles at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. They are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and have completed the SHRM-SCP certification and Genpact’s Women’s Leadership Program. Upma is also pursuing a PGDFM degree in Finance at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
