Sanjeev K. is a transformational talent acquisition leader with over 30 years of experience in strategic HR management and driving talent acquisition strategies for business growth. They served as a Partner at M Associates Pvt Ltd from 1992 to 2003 and held several key positions including Head of Talent Acquisition at Compass Group and General Manager of Human Resources at Sodexo. Sanjeev was also the Director of Talent Acquisition for JLL in South West Asia and the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at NTT DATA Services from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Sanjeev is the Executive Head of Executive Recruitment at NTT DATA, Inc. and has held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at NTT DATA Services until 2025.
