Mitzi Shepherd is the Vice President and COO of State & Local Government and Education at NTT DATA Services, a role held since 2022. Prior to this position, Mitzi served as Vice President and COO in the same division at NTT DATA. Mitzi has also taken on the role of Senior Director at NTT DATA and is currently a Senior Business Development Executive at Keane. Mitzi earned a degree from the University of Kentucky between 1984 and 1988.
