Javier Leal is a professional with over 25 years of experience in Consulting and Information Technology across various companies. Since 1996, they have worked continuously in the consulting sector, starting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and later at EDS-AT Kearney, DMR Consulting, and Everis, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Products & Resources at NTT Data. Javier has extensive experience in Industry, Utilities, and Public Administration, managing projects in systems integration, digital transformation, and application outsourcing. They have held several leadership roles, including Director of the Public Sector and Head of Public Administration and Health at Everis, before taking on their current responsibilities in the Spanish Central Government and the Energy and Utilities sector. Javier studied Economics and Business Sciences at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and holds a corporate leadership program credential from Universidad de Deusto.
