Before joining NTT DATA, Howard held significant positions at Dell, Acuity Consulting, Booz & Company, e-Know, AMS, and Alcoa, demonstrating expertise in digital strategy, management consulting, and business transformations across various industries. Howard holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in MIS from Florida International University, and a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
