Naeem Hatimi is a global people and culture leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Nscale, where they are part of the Global Executive Team focused on building an AI-native infrastructure platform. Previously, Naeem held significant roles including Vice President of HR for Netflix UK/EMEA, Chief People Officer for SharkNinja EMEA, and Global Alliance Director HR at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. Naeem's extensive experience in human resources spans various industries, with earlier positions including Head of Employment at Reeds Solicitors and HR Business Partner at Microsoft. Naeem earned a PG Diploma from Kingston University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Surrey.
