Nicole Paseka Grundmeier is a Senior Content Editor at NPR's Midwest Newsroom, based at Iowa Public Radio in Des Moines. Previously, they served as a copy editor and reporter at Business Publications Corporation, Inc, and worked at The Des Moines Register as both a copy editor and news reporter. Nicole also held the position of adjunct professor at Simpson College earlier in 2023. They earned a Master's Degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University.
