Previously, Clare held several significant roles, including Director of Business Development at Huma and Clinical Business Development Manager at Covance, where they focused on advancing healthcare and driving the development of precision medicine. Clare's career spans over a decade in various capacities within the pharmaceutical and clinical development sectors, starting as a Territory Manager at Merck Group from 2010 to 2014. They are actively pursuing an AMTRA degree at Harper Adams University and have also studied at the University of Southampton and the University of Reading.
