Currently, Natalia works as a Senior Development Scientist at Novonesis, contributing to innovative projects in the Fresh Dairy and Beyond Team. Previously, they have held various positions at notable companies, including Novozymes and Novo Nordisk, where they demonstrated strong capabilities in inter-departmental collaboration, project management, and problem-solving.
