Susan Andersen is a Senior Analytical CCI Scientist at Novo Nordisk, where they focus on microbiological standard techniques, microbial physiology, and protein characterization. Previously, Susan earned a PhD in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark, with a thesis on engineering α-glucan-active enzymes. They have also held various teaching assistant positions, guiding students in experimental biochemistry and life sciences.
