Rasmus Rovelt Andreasen is currently the Head of Lean, Ramp Up, and Business Readiness at Site Tietgen. Previously, they served as CVP cLEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk A/S from 2016 to 2021, where Rasmus was responsible for developing Lean competencies within the organization and optimizing production processes. Rasmus began their career at Novo Nordisk, holding various roles in supply chain and project management, including an Executive Assistant position and participating in strategic analysis and Lean improvements. They hold a Master's degree in Production, Leadership, and Management from the Technical University of Denmark, completed in 2009.
