Klaus Castagni Parasole Volhøj is an impact-driven Senior Leader with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Novo Nordisk. They have held various roles, including Senior QA Manager, where they led a team of 14 and ensured compliance with regulatory standards, and Director of Operational Readiness, where they managed QA operations for significant expansions within the company. Klaus has also been actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives and has served in various leadership positions within professional organizations, including as Chairperson of the IDA Danish Society of Food Science and Technology.
