Julia PrzÄ…dka is a Senior HR Manager for Business Area Europe East at Novo Nordisk, bringing extensive HR experience across various business units including factory, IT, and commercial sectors. Previously, Julia held roles such as Regional HR BP/HR Project Manager and HR Manager at Novo Nordisk, and worked at Ericsson as an HR Assistant. Julia started their career as an Associate Consultant at Antal International and progressed through various roles at RB, demonstrating a strong business partnership with senior leadership and a commitment to building highly effective teams. Julia holds a Master's degree from the University of Warsaw, has completed an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Bremen, and pursued postgraduate studies in Coaching & Mentoring and Labour Law.
