Cecilie Henneberg Petersen is an Associate Director of Enterprise IT at Novo Nordisk. They have held various roles within the company since 2017, including Implementation Consultant and Associate Business Consultant, where they managed IT Academy activities and developed onboarding programs across regions. Previously, Cecilie gained experience as a student assistant and recruitment consultant in Corporate HR at the Technical University of Denmark, and volunteered as a project manager with Red Barnet Ungdom. Cecilie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Performance Design from Roskilde University.
