Ayana Champagne is a dynamic people strategist with 20 years of experience leading human resources divisions in Fortune 50 and privately held companies across the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries. Currently, Ayana serves as the GVP & Head of People & Organization at Novo Nordisk, after previously holding the role of CVP in the same department. Ayana has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Dumbo Business Improvement District of NY since 2023. Recognized for their contributions to the field, Ayana received the 2021 Stevie Award and was named Human Resources Executive of the Year, in addition to being featured in notable publications like The Wall Street Journal and Fast Company. Ayana earned a BS in Finance from Bradley University in 2002.
