Tine Blaakær Welzel is a Senior Project Manager in the Global Development Department at the Novo Nordisk Foundation, where they focus on strategy development and implementation in humanitarian settings and low and middle-income countries. They previously held significant positions at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Head of Section for the Office for the Middle East and Northern Africa, and Chief Advisor on Corporate Sustainability. Tine also served as an Associate Professor in Political Science at the University of Copenhagen and has academic credentials from both Københavns Universitet and Sciences Po Paris in international affairs and relations.
