Susanne Toft is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Senior P&O Partner at the Novo Nordisk Foundation since February 2023. Susanne has a diverse background, including roles as HR Business Partner and Director at Telenor, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and strategic HR. Previous experience includes positions at Danske Bank as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, as well as various roles in public service at the Ministry of the Environment. Susanne additionally held positions at Novozymes as Senior Organizational Developer, and contributed to EU policy issues at WWF World Wide Fund for Nature. Education includes a master's degree from Roskilde University and training at the Institute of Group Analytics in Copenhagen.
