Tony Camardo serves as the National Director of Inside Sales and Continuous Improvement at Novo Building Products since December 2025. Prior to that role, Tony held multiple positions at Empire Moulding & Millwork from July 2012 to December 2025, including Senior Director of Sales, Sales Director for the Midwest Region, and Territory Sales Representative. From 2005 to 2012, Tony was the Owner of Flex and Arch Professionals, LLC, a company specializing in wholesale distribution of specialty radius mouldings to lumberyards and millwork retailers. Tony's earlier experience includes roles as Sales Anchor at Metrie and Sales Support at FE Wheaton Lumber. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Carroll University, obtained in 2001.
