Linda Knese has a substantial legal background with experience spanning various roles in the legal field. Starting as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Office of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Latvia from 2003 to 2005, Linda supported civil and administrative legal proceedings. Linda advanced to become a Senior Lawyer and subsequently the Head of Corporate Legal Department at 4finance between December 2016 and September 2018, focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance. From April 2010 to November 2016, Linda operated as an Attorney at law and Certified Insolvency Administrator at law office "Skrastins & Dzenis," specializing in restructuring, insolvency, and dispute resolution. Currently, Linda serves as the Head of Corporate Legal and Corporate Governance at Noventiq after leading legal services at BDO Latvia.
