Jill Zahm is an accomplished talent management and compensation professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Additionally, Jill worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at WellStar Health System and is currently the Global Director of Org Effectiveness & Performance Management at Novelis.
