Simona Pezzotti is currently the Associate Director of Records & Information Management at Novartis, where they implement information security governance and compliance across multiple countries. Previously, Simona served as a Compliance & Risk Management Specialist at MSD, where they managed compliance investigations and risk assessments. They also held various roles in risk and compliance at IBM and worked as an Aviation Security Officer at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. Simona earned a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies from Sapienza Università di Roma and completed a high school program in Computer Programming at ITIS "H. Hertz."
