Yasmeen Gwely is the Regional Head of Patient Safety Quality Assurance for the Middle East Africa at Novartis, where they currently cultivate essential safety standards. Previously, they worked at Pfizer from 2007 to 2010, serving as a Quality Assurance Senior and a QA Specialist, where they focused on in-process control and internal auditing. Yasmeen holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Ain Shams University, graduated in 2005, and is certified in Six Sigma Orange and Green Belts, as well as various ISO auditing standards. Proficient in English and a native Arabic speaker, they have developed a strong expertise in the quality assurance field.
