Wojciech Nowak, MA, EMBA, is the Global Executive Director and Head of Public Affairs for the SERCE Region at Novartis, where they lead corporate public affairs across Europe, Russia, and Central Asia. They serve as the Chairman of the Healthcare Council and are a Board of Directors Member at EuropaBio. Wojciech has held various roles in government and pharmaceutical organizations, including External Affairs Director at Abbott Laboratories and Chief Expert at the Polish Ministry of Health. Their experience spans contributions to multiple advocacy and healthcare systems boards, alongside teaching as an MBA lecturer.
