Kenneth Chrobak is currently the Executive Director of Process Development in Cell Therapy at Novartis, leading efforts in guiding Natural Killer (NK) and Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CART) products from early-stage development into clinical settings. They have held various roles, including Principal Scientist at Allogene Therapeutics and Pfizer, where they managed teams and contributed significantly to the development of allogeneic CART processes and cleared INDs. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Kenneth combines extensive educational and professional experience in biotech environments. In addition to their current role, they also conduct consulting projects focused on technical diligence and leadership strategy through Kenneth Chrobak Consulting, LLC.
