Jan Koritko is the Associate Director of Network Services at Novartis, where they focus on contact center and technology expense management. Previously, Jan served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Novartis via Axians redtoo s.r.o. and held various IT-related roles, including IT Project Manager and Service Desk Analyst at companies such as Avon and Devoteam. Jan earned an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Informatics from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and studied Computer and Communications Engineering at The University of Thessaly in Greece.
