Gwen Myers Woods is the Global Head of Strategy & Operations for Clinical Operations at Novartis, where they have focused on program strategy and planning since 2023. With over 25 years of experience, they have held various leadership roles, including Director of Employee Relations and Training at Novartis from 2010 to 2013, and President and COO of Thumbprint Communications, Inc. from 1998 to 2007. Gwen’s expertise spans business strategy, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion, allowing them to effectively drive large-scale transformations in complex organizations. They hold a BA in Humanities from San Jose State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Georgia State University.
