Lewis Lipscomb, MD, MBA, is currently the Senior Vice President and Physician in Chief at Novant Health Women’s & Children’s Institute, where they lead strategic initiatives to enhance the safety, quality, and patient experience for women and children. With over 20 years of experience as a practicing physician, they have specialized in minimally-invasive and robotic surgery, obstetrics, and gynecology. Prior to their current role, Lewis served as the Founder and Senior Physician at Novant Health Triad Obstetrics & Gynecology and as a Senior Physician at Winston-Salem Womancare. They are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, aiming to improve health and wellness for families. Currently, Lewis is pursuing further education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
