¸é²¹³¾Ã³²Ô Rodrigáñez Riesco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nova, a global talent network aimed at connecting top professionals. They currently lecture at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, teaching Operations Research. ¸é²¹³¾Ã³²Ô previously worked as a Management Consultant at BCG and graduated in Management Science & Engineering from Columbia University, supported by a Fulbright Scholarship. They also co-founded multiple startups and were involved in entrepreneurial education through the SINAPSI association.
