Robby Perrino is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Nova Group, GBC since November 2025, Robby is focused on building a Valuation & Advisory Services Group in Northern California, utilizing innovative technology and a team of top professionals under the mission of a Certified B Corp. Prior to this role, Robby led the Valuation & Advisory group at Newmark from March 2017 to October 2025, overseeing significant growth in real estate valuations from $40 billion in 2018 to $83 billion in 2024. Robby also spent 26 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where as Executive Managing Director, Robby was a key contributor before taking on management responsibilities. Robby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
