Kyungjin Kim is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at NOV since March 2014, overseeing all HR topics for NOV's legal entities in Korea, managing a workforce of over 550 employees, including 300 expatriates. Prior to this role, Kyungjin served as HR Manager at Park Hyatt from November 2012 to February 2014, where recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems setup were key responsibilities. Kyungjin's HR expertise was further honed as an HR Business Partner at Nokia from October 2003 to October 2012, focusing on employee representation and grievance resolution. Kyungjin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kyungnam University, completed in 2003.
