Jiang Wu is the Head of Bioprocess at Nourish Ingredients, where they previously served as the Fermentation Team Lead. With over 30 years of experience in academic and industrial research, Jiang has a strong background as a microbiologist and fermentation scientist. They hold a PhD in molecular biology and biotechnology from Murdoch University and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Fermentation at Jiangnan University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering at East China University of Science and Technology. Prior to their roles at Nourish Ingredients, Jiang was a Chief Microbiologist at Agritechnology Pty Ltd and held research fellow positions at Lincoln University and Crop and Food.
