Charlie Skipsey is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food service operations and consulting. Currently serving as an advisor at Notch since November 2021, Skipsey also founded K2B Hospitality Services in August 2016, specializing in comprehensive consulting for hotels, restaurants, and catering services. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Flik Hospitality Group, overseeing multiple high-profile venues, and Director of Food & Beverage Outlets at Destination Hotels & Resorts, where management of operations at the Driskill Hotel was a focus. Earlier experiences include managing various restaurant concepts across Spain and creating the acclaimed Asqew Grill in the San Francisco Bay Area.
