Hannah J. is an accomplished Executive Recruiter and the CEO of The Letty Group, where they focus on team growth and development. Hannah has held positions as an Exercise Specialist in Cardiac Rehabilitation at Roper St. Francis and as a Doctor of Audiology Assistant/Newborn Hearing Screener with Novant Health. Prior to founding The Letty Group in 2023, Hannah worked as an Executive Recruiter and Director of Recruitment & Selection at Northwestern Mutual, as well as an Independent Life Insurance Broker. They earned their degree from Appalachian State University between 2010 and 2013.
