Zachary Whitaker possesses a diverse background in dining services and event management, having served as Dining Services Manager at Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons from July 2016 to July 2020, overseeing daily operations and managing staff. Following this role, Zachary transitioned to positions as Event Manager Assistant at S2S Sugar 2 Salt and Venue Manager Assistant at The Cathedral Barns at The Historic Barns Park, where responsibilities included venue sales and event coordination. Subsequently, at Davenport University, roles included Admissions Representative and Campus Director of the University Center. Most recently, Zachary has taken on the role of Manager of Alumni Relations at Northwestern Michigan College while also providing support as Kitchen & Dining Room Assistant/Service Lead. Currently, Zachary is pursuing education at Davenport University from 2023 to 2025.
