Charina Z. Garcia, LMHC, is an experienced Director of Compliance and Quality Management at Northside Center for Child Development, where they focus on quality assurance in mental health care. Previously, they served as the Director of Quality Improvement at Postgraduate Center for Mental Health from 2018 to 2023 and held several roles within that organization, including Quality Improvement Manager and Coordinator. Charina also worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation and gained early experience as an intern at Brooklyn TASC-TCE. They hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York-John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
