Zach Beatty is an Executive Research Professional with extensive expertise in the executive search process, particularly in name generation and sourcing strategies. They lead research strategy and execution for a top 25 executive search firm, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Executive Recruiting at Northrop Grumman, Zach is dedicated to creating an efficient research process that delivers top talent. Zach previously held roles as a Client Relationship Manager at The RightThing, Inc. and as a Research Associate and later Research Team Manager at Kincannon & Reed. They also earned both a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Findlay.
