Russell Lovell is currently a Senior RF Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they lead various programs across proposal development, design, and integration. Previously, Russell served as a Deputy Director of Computer Engineering at ECS Federal, LLC, and engaged in critical computer engineering projects at the Krasnow Institute for Neural Technology and System Planning Corporation. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, earned in 2004. With expertise in digital and analog circuit design, RF component testing, and GUI development for radar systems, Russell demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and team leadership capabilities.
